Processing Time

  • Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days (BEFORE shipping) for items already made.
  • Please allow up to 10 days (BEFORE shipping) for Made to Order items. If your order contains both 'already made' and Made to Order items please allow for up to 10 days for processing BEFORE shipping and/or local pickup.
    • Current processing times will be posted on the website announcement banner
  • If you are local to the DMV area and prefer to pickup your order, use code Localpickup at checkout to remove shipping costs. You will receive an email from millieroseclayco@gmail.com when your order is ready for pick up and a pickup date(s) and time(s) in Alexandria, VA will be provided.
    • Processing times listed above and posted on the website announcement banner apply to local pickup orders.

    Shipping Policies

    • All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package.
      • If you are local to the DMV area and prefer to pickup your order, use code Localpickup at checkout to remove shipping costs.
      • You will receive an email from millieroseclayco@gmail.com when your order is ready for pick up and a pickup date(s) and time(s) in Alexandria, VA will be provided.
    • Shipping rates are determined by weight, size, and current USPS package rates. Please note during the holiday season, USPS shipping prices increase.
    • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been processed. Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking information to update.
    • Shipping time is AFTER your order has been processed and USPS receives your package.
    • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. MRCC is not responsible for packages getting lost or returned to us due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If a packaged is returned to us, customer is responsible for shipping fees to resend.
    • MRCC is not responsible for lost packages. Once USPS has your package we have no control with what happens. Please file a claim directly with USPS.
    • MRCC is not responsible for damaged/broken products due to USPS shipping. We package our products with care to avoid damage however, if a product arrives damaged/broken, please email millieroseclayco@gmail.com with a photo and order number within 72 hours. We will then determine a solution.
    • At this time, MRCC only ships within the United States.

    Returns and Refunds

    • All products are final sale and non-refundable. If for someone reason you need to cancel your order, please email us at millieroseclayco@gmail.com within 24 hours.
      • Please note, our products are handcrafted. Slight imperfections may occur but does not effect the overall quality of your item.
    • Due to hygienic reasons we do not allow returns or exchanges of our products.
    • MRCC is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Please read the item descriptions carefully for the type of metal used in our earring findings. If you have specific questions regarding materials used, please email millieroseclayco@gmail.com PRIOR to placing your order.
    • If a product arrives broken or is damaged during the shipping process, please email millieroseclayco@gmail.com with a photo and order number within 72 hours. We will then determine a solution.
